Located in the beautiful valley of Ferradosa, in the Douro Superior, the partner winery is the producer of first class Portuguese wines and Ports. In terms of the steep slopes, their property rises from 30% to 55% steepness. The soil is composed by schist, which is a soft rock that flakes easily. While the lower part of the vineyard is 102 meters above sea level, this 20 hectares property is on hill at an elevation of 265 meters.
